Arthur Joseph Lipton is an independent real estate developer, broker, owner, and consultant with more than 47 years of experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate across New York, Connecticut, and Maine.

Throughout his career, Arthur Joseph Lipton has worked for his own account and as a management-level partner or consultant, focusing on new construction, major renovations, property repositioning, leasing strategy, financing, and long-term asset management. He has personally negotiated and managed over 4,000 leases and has completed numerous acquisitions, sales, financings, and refinancings.

A significant portion of Arthur Joseph Lipton’s career was built in New York, where he was directly involved in Manhattan multifamily and commercial high-rise development, as well as light industrial redevelopment in the South Bronx. He also served as a partner with Extell on the development of 50 West 47th Street in Midtown Manhattan, a 740,000-square-foot tower, acting as the global partner responsible for presenting and promoting the project internationally.

 

Licensed as a Connecticut real estate broker and formerly licensed in New York for more than 45 years, Arthur Joseph Lipton has worked closely with architects, engineers, attorneys, contractors, and property management professionals in both union and non-union environments.

After returning to active development, Arthur Joseph Lipton has recently completed successful projects in Connecticut and continues multifamily development in Maine.
